Embracing Heritage and Purpose: The Story of 3MOHA
We are Langhuong Earb (LANG) and Korsal Chou (CK), business partners united by our shared passion and diverse backgrounds. Despite following different religions, we are committed to our mission and values
Our name, 3MOHA, reflects our Cambodian heritage and beliefs, where “MOHA” means giant or highest. As Buddhists, we deeply respect the Three Jewels: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha (Khmer: ព្រះពុទ្ធ ព្រះធម៌ ព្រះសង្ឃ). Our actions, thoughts, and values are rooted in our culture, and through our business, we aim to share these values with the world. We believe in providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining consistency, and upholding the highest standards. Our guiding principle is that doing good brings good in return.
Our Passion for Helping Others: At the core of 3MOHA is our passion for helping others. Through our business experience, we have faced and overcome challenges in operations, finance, and marketing. We continuously refine our strategies, using each challenge as an opportunity for growth. By leveraging our individual strengths, we have created systems that we continually enhance, gaining knowledge and improving our management of these key areas. This knowledge and these systems enable us to assist other business owners facing similar challenges.
Our Ultimate Mission: Our ultimate mission is embodied in our passion project: to raise $1 million to build schools and a school system in Cambodia. LANG’s journey began with a desire to become a missionary, relying on God for provision. After being sent to the US, LANG realized that creating businesses could support this mission through passive income. We discovered that many people wanted to contribute and support our business to help make this mission a reality. Recognizing the potential for positive impact, we decided to embrace this cause, recognizing its potential to create a lasting positive impact on the community and inspire others to join our mission.
We invite everyone to join us in this passion project. By contributing, you support our mission to provide education, training, and development to the people of Cambodia, empowering them to become great leaders. Now that the USA is our home, we also seek to partner with local organizations to empower people here similarly. Our drive to assist others is rooted in our belief that doing good will bring good in return.
About Lang Earb
I am a woman, mother, partner, daughter, and many more. I love being a leader who can follow and be inspired by my team on their life journey to their dream lives. I have created boba tea stores the way they are because I love having guests coming over, some of them I considered as friends and families; Some choose to work with me and become a part of our incredible team. BobaXpress is the first one to be found in Shreveport, Bossier city of Louisiana. I was looking for mentor and purpose in life, more importantly I was looking for financial freedom that allow me and my families to be free from the burden of 8-5 jobs. I got myself the right mentor and I am growing into the second store Cafe boba tea. Before CBT was born, with my family blessing, I was traveling across USA looking for the right cheft who can teach me how to cook boba tea from scratch. I want to create 2000 stores for millions of my guest to enjoy and 10 thousands of my team to grow and millions of Cambodian kid to be educated and thrive like me.
